I have been struggling with sleep. I am not usually a coffee drinker, but now I have used coffee several times to give me needed energy. One Cohort 1 member (who shall remain nameless) told me that the key to this program is "not sleeping". Well, I believe there has to be a better way.
So, being that is nearly 3am, I have to go to work in the morning, volunteer at a graduation, and work tomorrow night, I pose this question to you: What is the better way? Give me some alternatives, please. I like sleep. Seven hours a night is preferable. I'll take a nap whenever I get a chance. |
